Proudly PGI-certified and made from 100% Koroneiki olives, it is crafted exclusively on our family estate in Western Crete. The flavor is perfectly balanced, with notes of green apple, fresh-cut grass, and artichoke, finishing with a light, peppery touch.

This is not oil bought in bulk and bottled by a third-party distributor. I own the trees, manage the land, and oversee every aspect of production—from pruning, and watering to making sure the olives are pressed within hours of harvest, never left to sit like in many large-scale operations. That level of care makes all the difference.

We use gravity filtering—a slow, traditional method—to preserve purity and allow the oil to settle naturally before bottling. This preserves its vivid aroma and natural antioxidants while avoiding mechanical filtering that can strip flavor.

The result is a truly farm-to-table olive oil, grown, harvested, and bottled by hand. It reflects the unique terroir of the estate: the soil, climate, sea breeze, and elevation of Agia Marina. With an acidity of just 0.3% to 0.6%, this is extra virgin olive oil at its finest.
