I have lived in Greece and have been exposed to many olive oils in Europe. This by far is one of the best oils I have tasted, and pure!!! I appreciate the hard work he puts into making such a great product for us consumers. If you haven't tried it, please do !!! You won't be disappointed. I’ve been obsessed with Collias Estates Olive Oil since the beginning-it’s the only olive oil I use, even for sautéing and pan frying.
